How much does it cost? This is one of the most common questions we hear. Some of you are asking because you want to know if you can afford our services. Some of you are thinking about switching to us from an existing accounting solution and want to know how money you can save. Others are asking because they have bad previous experience with high, and often unexpected and untransparent, fees and really want to know what to expect.

Lilla Ekonomibyrån does usually not charge by the hour. We charge you a monthly fee based on a 100% transparent pricing model that is the same for all our customers. Your fee is calculated on factors such as number of invoices to bookkeep, number of employees that requires pay slips, how often VAT is filed, the complexity your company’s balance sheet, etc. The numbers used are estimations based on figures from previous years or a forecast for the first year if the company is newly established. The monthly fee is the same every month of the year and is revised in the end of the year or in the event that the projections for the year prove inaccurate.

The monthly fee of all the scenarios includes what is listed for the scenario, annual accounts, annual report, annual tax returns, and ongoing advisory related to the provided services. As you don’t pay us by the hour you always know exactly what you pay for.

Price revisions

To give an example. If you are offered a contract like the one in scenario 1, and in the end of the year the actual transactions to bookkeep ended up being 140 instead of the 100 specified in the contract. Then you are charged for an additional of 40 transactions to close the year, and a new contract for the next year with a revised estimation is established. The estimation of the required services we are doing together with you.
