Open Banking Terms
These terms apply when Lilla Ekonomibyrån Sverige AB uses Open Banking functionality to retrieve account information from a customer’s bank.
These terms only apply to account information services, AIS. All other parts of our services are governed by the agreement between the customer and Lilla Ekonomibyrån Sverige AB.
1. Purpose of Open Banking
We use Open Banking to provide accounting and administration services to our customers. This may include retrieving account information, balances and transactions for bookkeeping, reconciliation, accounting administration, customer support and related service delivery.
We do not use Open Banking data for advertising, resale, separate analytics or any purpose unrelated to providing our services to the customer.
2. Account information only
Our application only uses account information services. We do not use Open Banking to initiate payments.
Some banks may present Open Banking permissions in a broader way or include payment initiation services in their general Open Banking flows. Even if such wording appears in the bank’s authentication or authorisation flow, our application is only designed to retrieve account information and does not contain functionality for initiating payments.
3. Authorisation and access
Access to a bank account through Open Banking requires authorisation through the relevant bank.
The authorisation may be completed by the customer, by a person authorised by the customer, or by Lilla Ekonomibyrån Sverige AB where the customer agreement allows this and the customer has granted us the necessary authority with the bank to connect Open Banking services on the customer’s behalf.
The person completing the authorisation must have the required authority under the customer’s relationship with the bank.
4. Enable Banking
We use Enable Banking to connect to banks and retrieve account information through Open Banking.
Enable Banking enables the technical connection between our application and the relevant bank. More information about Enable Banking is available in Enable Banking’s terms and privacy notice:

Users may also review and terminate active data sharing consents or authorisations through the functionality provided by the bank and/or Enable Banking.
5. Storage and use of data
Account information retrieved through Open Banking is stored in our own databases hosted by Amazon Web Services in Stockholm, Sweden.
We use the data only to provide our services to the customer and to comply with legal obligations connected to those services.
We do not share Open Banking data with third parties for their own purposes. Open Banking data may be processed by our technical service providers where necessary for hosting, security, maintenance, support, troubleshooting and service delivery.
Authorised personnel and authorised service providers may access data where necessary to provide our services, maintain our systems, provide support, troubleshoot issues or protect the security of the systems.
6. Termination of access
Open Banking access may be terminated in accordance with the functionality provided by the relevant bank, Enable Banking or Lilla Ekonomibyrån Sverige AB.
Termination of the Open Banking connection does not necessarily mean that previously retrieved data is deleted immediately. Previously retrieved data may be integrated into accounting material and may be retained where it is needed to provide our services, where the customer agreement remains active, or where we are required or permitted to retain it under applicable law.
7. Relationship to other terms
These terms only regulate the use of account information retrieved through Open Banking.
Our full service terms, pricing, confidentiality terms and other contractual terms are governed by the agreement between the customer and Lilla Ekonomibyrån Sverige AB and are made available to our customers separately.
